I was driving from Austin to San Antonio and about halfway back my CEL started flashing, I checked the oil level and it was low so I filled it back up again, when I started the car again, the CEL wasn’t even on anymore. I havent had the chance to get the car checked out yet, but could there still be a problem.

How many quarts of oil were needed?
low oil shouldn’t have an effect on engine misfires. Get your car checked by a qualified mechanic very soon. There will be codes stored that can help them figure this out.
