does the S60 have an oil cooler on it? look for “chocolate milk” in the radiator system, it could be where the oil is going. would explain no smoke, no drips.
Aren’t alot of S60’s turbocharged? He could have a bad turbocharger that is leaking oil. This could be especially true if he was hard on the engine and then shut it off without letting the turbo cool repeatedly.
