Recently the interior lights (all of them) have started flashing on and off randomly. The exterior lights do not exhibit this behavior, not sure what to do to fix the interior lights. Jeep Grand Cherokee 1995.
There may be a broken wire in the driver’s side door jam wire harness and the wire for the lights is touching ground. The short harness inside the door jam is replacable if that is the case.
Probably a bad door switch. It won’t be easy determining which switch is at fault. You might try removing one switch at a time (taping up the loose wire) and driving for a few days to see if the problem has stopped. If you think you have identified the faulty switch, replace it.
