my 2014 grand cherokee limited while driving interior lights and exterior lights starts flashing on and off for long periods of time. i was driving on the highway and it happen i had to pull over and wait till daybreak to finish my journey. while out of town, it happen another night, all night long. i bought a new battery and made it back home from out of town. an authorized dealership claims not to know what to do even though i’m under warranty, saying i have bring it to them when it is happening which is impossible. i’m still for the issue to be resolved. many times afterward it has happen. what would be my next course of action.
The dealer answered your question. You claim it is impossible. Well, at some point it WILL be possible because this will get worse before it gets better.
