We need a new battery for our Honda Civic hybrid 2003. The cost is $3,500, but I am thinking of using a used battery (in certified, good condition) and installing it myself. I have read it’s a fairly easy to do, about an hour or so of work. Anyone know for certain?
Alternatively, do you think I could buy a used battery and find a mechanic to install it? The dealer won’t do it. Thanks.
