I have a1966 Plymouth \Sport Fury convertible consul shift .The indicator switch in the column or actuator doesn’t cancel or switch to brakes.Is there any replacement for this hard to find part.
Any help would be great.

I am not very bright, but I don’t understand what you are talking about.
A friend of my sisters bought one of those brand new-copper color. Nice car. I too am confused. Do you mean the indicator needle that tells you what gear you are in or in park? Back then I’m not aware of any interconnect between the shift lever and the brakes at all. Just that little arrow thing telling you what gear you’re in.
