I think you shouldn’t get a new engine because of your sloppy record keeping.

I should get a new engine because the engine is faulty, and dangerous. Sometimes they burst into flames without warning. Google it.
Sloppy record keeping is just the reason the warranty company used to deny my claim. They’ve done it before and they’ll continue to do it.

Same issue here, we did oil changes at home and at Hyundai, the engine seized going down the interstate. Always kept up on oil. Had it towed to the shop, they said due to engine sludge they are sighting lack of maintenance, my husband told them everything was in the glove box. They said tuff luck, the car was towed back to our house today.when it got here it looked ransacked and all service records are missing. I took pictures we are contacting an attorney.
