Recently two of the hubcaps on my 1999 Buick Le Sabre have been coming loose after about 100 miles of driving. Does anyone know how to keep them secure? I don’t want to buy aftermarket hubcaps. The wheels are balanced and the rims are in good condition, as are the tires.
If you remove the hub caps, you’ll see a spring wire that secures the hub caps to the wheels.
Take a pair of pliers, and carefully bend the spring wires towards the outside of the hub caps so they grip the wheel tighter.
