I own a dodge dakota, I am driving the truck and getting it up to about 55 or greater and there is a annoying howling sound that cames through the big vent on the dash. It can happen with the air on or the heat on. It happens when its windy out and its always windy here up in minnesota.
Please help it is very annoying.

Check and see if the rubber seal between the hood and cowl at the base of the windshield is intact.
Tester
