Let’s see the RockAuto magnets you’ve collected thus far.

LOL. I throw the magnets in the trash. They’re not even all that strong. Not-so-useful marketing bling. But if I knew they’d be a “contest” I might have started collecting. But even then I’d lose… I only order for DIY purposes, and even then only if it really makes sense. You can score great deals with them, but the “devil is in the details” - as in their shipping/handling charges. They’re not cheap. And, E.g. order a pair of ball joints (or whatever), and if one ball joint comes from warehouse A and the other from warehouse B, then you get the double charge.
It’s a site to be used with caution if saving $$ s the point. But I’ve truly gotten amazing deals there.
Ive only got six of them. Yeah I usually just toss them. I’ve been a customer for quite a while though just can’t remember when I started. Maybe when champion auto quit carrying the ac delco stuff so the dealer was the only other option.
Oops, eight of them. Got a few on my tool cabinet but the rest on my steel door. Got a lot of other ones though from hemmings, toys for tots, uso, etc.
I don’t keep the magnets either, but I do remember when you got two of them with each order.
It has been a long time since I ordered from Rock Auto. I am not comfortable with ordering something unless I can confirm by phone that it will fit my car.
They used to have telephone service but I never got any magnets.
I do like their website. They show you many options for parts. From economical to expensive name brand. I do agree they give you no break on shipping.
If they want to reduce their costs they should quit with the magnets!
