According to http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-t7586_ds450209:

It is located on the passenger side behind the glovebox. To get to it you have to pull that plastic piece down and out. Then you will see a little door with 1 bolt on it. Unscrew that bolt and the door pops out. Pull out the first filter and then grab the second filter inside the hole and slide it out of the same hole.

And then there’s http://forums.mazdaworld.org/100-millenia/51279-changing-cabin-air-filter.html
