Hospital orders emergentransport. Letsuck GPS Navigation: "System busy, please try later."

Well, he has previously told us that he hates the Lexus brand, but that he bought one in order to please his wife, so…

Honestly?? bored… lol

Home from bloodeliveries at 2240.

On an emergent transport this afternoon Letsuck’s GPS Navigation instructed to pass a major arterial and continue to the next exit. Adds ~3 more miles and more traffic signals. (Thought I had told it the wrong hospital.) I.gnored it and went directly to the hospital.

How much did we pay for this expen$ive often worthless system?

Full time employed, otherwise could not afford Lexæ.
She gets thew vehicle and I gethe old.
Today she drove 461 miles delivering blood platelets.

Shouldn’t need to $pend on a Garmin and find a place to attach it when the Let$uck GPS should work well. We paid enough for it.
Today I drove 413 miles. (Thankfully, as volunteers, we are reimbursed for fuel, oil and vehicle wear and tear.)

Check the routing preferences, someone may have rejected certain types of roads.

3 year subscription included with new vehicle purchase.

You work a full-time job and still have time for day and night blood delivery?

Might want to check it’s settings, someone may have accidentally changed something.
Like avoid highways, avoid toll roads, shortest route vs quickest route.

In 1971 I.nvented the metric Crescent wrench. 'Twas athe beginning of the Go Metricraze.

Back in his dating days, my brother used to tell girls that our Grandfather invented egg salad, and that we lived off of the royalties. It was a good way to determine just how gullible they were.

As Branch Manager for a tree company I can leave for bloodeliveries.

Since I am not going to pay a monthly fee for extras in my radio, and it has car play, I use the Maps on my phone to show up on my infotainment screen… I’m pretty sure if my little Toyota has car play, so does your Lexus…

It does, along with Android Auto.
AFAIK, the only new or newish vehicle without both features are the Chevy Blazer & Equinox EVs, as well as some other GM models. Also, I think I read that both Tesla and Rivian are using some sort of proprietary system instead of Carplay or Android Auto.

CR recently highlighted the lack of Carplay and Android Auto as one of the shortcomings of the Equinox EV.

Sorry I was using car play like Skill saw, I have both as most do, and I use Android Auto with a Motorola Sound MA1 wireless adapter so my phone does not have to be plugged into the USB port… I installed my AVS rain deflectors last night while listening to my phone though the trucks speakers that were about 10 feet away from each other…

Any extre 14mm? had to use a 17/32"

Doesn’t your Tacoma support bluetooth connection for AA? My Rav4 does, no wires and nothing extra needed…

Yes and no.. lol
I have already forgotten what works and what don’t, but I’m cheap so I know there was a very good reason I added the MA1… And remember, I’m not good with this kind of thing, I had to do a ton of research before I bought it…

Starts on page 52… You can of course hit ctrl f for the look-up search bar thingy…
