2001 honda civic with only 11000 miles on it. the keyless remote still opens and locks doors and turns on interior lights but no longer flashes the head lights or honks horn on second click. Also alarm no longer works. any help? Battery is new in remote.
I would check to see if power is getting to the alarm system first. If it is then the alarm system may need to be repaired.
Thanks cougar, I didn’t mention in my problem description that the alarm system was not working, which I wasn’t aware of at the time… Bill
