- Thinking of getting 2004 Toyota Sienna XLE AWD
Any alternatives? We want to seat at least 7, have a 2000 Subaru Outback to trade.
Thanks.
Hard to argue with that choice. If AWD is mandatory, that knocks out the Honda Odyssey, the other top choice for this kind of thing.
How about the hyundai santa fe?. Seats seven, comes with awd. v-6 option. 10 year/100,0000 mile warranty.
Another one: AWD Ford Flex.
The Sienna sounds good to me and it is a buyer’s market. When you make an offer on your car, come up with a price you think will make the salesperson laugh you out of the dealership. In this market, he just might accept the offer.
IMO, MA doesn’t require AWD. We had posts on the compromise of run flat tires on these turkeys. A fwd Sienna/Odessey with traction control may serve you as well without the hassle.

I agree, but if the OP thinks he/she needs AWD, what can you do?
