2004 Chevy Malibu blows hot air continously. Replace climate control system, didn’t fix the problem. Replaced actuator (for blend doors-possibly), didn’t fix the issue. Can’t get the hot air to turn off once it decides to go on. Please help, what else can they suggest to replace, am I getting ripped off?
