My 2002 Saturn head lights fog up.If I drilled a large hole in the plastic at the bottom(3/4") would this help to stop it?versus buying a $120.00 new one?
Check the little rubber hoses that vent the headlight pods. Spiders will get in these hoses and leave spiders nests in these hoses to where the moisture can’t escape from inside the headlight pod.

If there is no visible damage to the plastic bucket, the water is probably getting in where the bulb snaps in…Remove the lamp, dry out the bucket with a hair drier, and seal the lamp holder with a little Vaseline…if you drill any holes the reflector will quickly be covered with dirt and dust and be destroyed…
