Haven’t used dealership for 2014 Chevrolet Traverse service

I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. I replace my headlamps about every 2 months. I have not taken it to the dealership however from reading the complaint listed here, doesn’t sound like the dealership is a viable option.
