found this little scooter with a pod with doors like car cool.anyone else seen these?
They have been for sale in Europe for a while. The first time I saw one was in marketing material from National Cycle, who makes windshields for motorcycles. I think they are called “enclosed scooters.”
Was it a trike? If so, I saw one going down the road just a few days ago.
They have them with two wheels, three wheels, and four wheels. Here are a few pictures.

I don’t see how it would be any different than riding a regular scooter like the Honda Silverwing or a motorcycle on an interstate. I ride a motorcycle on the interstate as often as five days a week. Riding the BMW in the third picture wouldn’t be that different.
It just takes some fortitude. Some have it, and some don’t. It is nothing to be ashamed of.
That red one looks like it’d be (ahem) interesting in a strong crosswind…
I know. But it would be quite “interesting” to have a car that could fit in the back of most minivans and SUVs.
