2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Woke up this morning and started vehicle using command start as usual.
It has turned very cold here the last few days (but had no prior cold weather issues).
When reversing, it seemed slugish. Same thing while driving forward. The Check Engine light came on and I noticed that while in Drive, the gear selector indicator showed “3”, as in it was in 3rd gear only. I could not up or down shift.
