Thanks to everyone for your help. Replaced the rely and the fuse that was under the hood. It’s running. Just needs fresh gas. This is a great helpful site.
Don’t celebrate too early, the pump used in your vintage truck was not the best GM made. Something caused the fuse to open and the relay to be damaged. Now is the time to get a pump in this vehicle, not when you are 20 miles into the boonies.
