I have a 95 F150 with 4.9 L six that has two gas tanks, the electric fuel pump went out on the main tank & I do not have the bucks at the moment to replace it ($300 +).The return line goes to main tank so I have to siphon gas off to keep it from filling up so I am searching for a CHEAP siphon pump I can use to transfer gas till I get some bucks to repair, can anybody help me with some advice.
Go to WallMart and buy yourself a “squeeze bulb” for an outboard motor gas line. Then go to an auto parts store and get some gas line. The squeeze bulb will get the flow started and gravity will take over. It won’t siphon fast, but it wil work. Should cost you less than $25.00
