Siphon pump

Can anyone recommend a good but cheap siphon pump to remove old gas from my car? Does this style https://www.walmart.com/ip/Pennzoil-Siphon-Pump/16795103 work ok or do I need something better?

Almost all newer cars are siphon proof, there’s a check valve to prevent fuel loss in the event of a rollover.

As said above, you’re not going to be able to siphon gas out of a modern car. That’s why they don’t bother locking access to the gas tank on new cars.

If the tank isn’t full, top it off with fresh gas and drive it to a shop. If the tank is full of old gas, have it towed.

Can’t you drain the tank? Carefully, of course.

Park in any Detroit neighborhood with the gas cap open.

The car is a 2011 honda accord, can it be siphoned?

In Detroit they aren’t going to worry about siphoning the gas, they just punch a hole in the tank.

Just drive it to the Dairy Queen and let it run, and around town a little and fill it up on the way home. My gosh. Does it start? Drive it.

I seriously doubt it.

Many time this has worked for me but I don’t recall ever emptying an Accord tank.
