USAToday carried an advertisement about a modification to autos that guarantees to increase gas mileage by a minimum of 50%. It’s called the Hydro-Assist Fuel Cell System. The website for the advertisement is www.picctv.com/ut. Is this a legitimate technology? What can you tell me about it?

This has been discussed at length on this forum. The device is a worthless swindle and its claims are outright lies.
Other than the fact this scam has been beaten to death on a weekly basis, should I even ask a pointless question about whether you have a vested interest in this bunk.
