i recently jump started a car and my cars interior accessories (power windows, radio, lights, etc) stopped working. the car still runs fine and all exterior lights work, but nothing on the inside. what could be the cause?
Did you check the fuses?
Sure I go for a fuse check also. Different subject, at times people really need jump starts, they can at times be placed in a “you saved my life” catagory. I say this because I don’t want people to be discouraged from giving jump starts because of what they read here, they are safe to do if done right.
I ask can you both describe the process you used to give this jump start and did anything unusual happen during the jump start? was there a reversed polarity incident, even one that lasted less than a second?
