Hey, I’ve got an Escape that I’m trying to figure out if I can activate the autolock feature on it, or if for that matter it even has that feature. I’ve seen some sites that claim it isn’t on Escapes while I’ve seen some people claim that they have had that on theirs. If it is there, can I just program the system to engage that feature?
By autolock I’m talking where you start off driving and at a certain speed, I think 10 MPH, the car automatically locks the doors.
Any suggestions? I know I can turn the key to the on position, to the off, or however the combo works and from there program the keychain remotes. Is there something along those lines for this?
Can be done, not owner selectable, must be done by dealer.
