Has anyone experienced a rough shift (accelerating or decelerating) in 2005 - 2007 ford / mercury 500/Montego/Fusion/Milan with the aisin 6 speed transmission? What is the source of the trouble and has Ford acknowledged a problem?

Zero here at this Ford dealer.
However, I see TSB 08-24-1 for this kind of issue. A replacement valve body is installed # 8E5Z-7A100-B but not in every case. Some PCM re-programing is also on that TSB. Tests need to be run and codes read.
