I have a 2000 BMW Z3. When I lock/unlock the doors with the key fob, the passenger door will not lock or unlock. The door locks do function manually. The driver’s door functions perfectly. I’m selling the car and trying to decide whether to have this fixed or take it out of the selling price. Does anybody know what the problem might be?
Is your child protection system button pushed? It’s a button that disables the power locks on all but the driver’s door so that the kids cannot open their doors. Your Owner’s Manual should talk to it.
