A number of websites have lyrics.
That’s about cars?
Bob Seger’s ‘Get out of Denver’ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9WWHdBuOC6Q - though it is more about Denver.

That’s one of my favs.
Another is the Doors Rider on the Storm
Eddie Rabbitt Driving my Life Away
Actually I like that one most on my bicycle. I can pedal exactly to the beat when I’m really chugging along.
When im in my Chevy Caprice i like listening to “Box Chevy” by rapper Rick Ross ,down in the “Dirty South” the rappers refer to the Caprice as a Box Chevy.
Rick Ross now has the riches to drive anything he wants but still has fond memories of starting out in a Box Chevy.
Do be warned, its a great song, however definitely a bit of language in it.
When you go down to the Atlanta area you see alot of Caprices, crown vics, cutlass supremes ect… most if not all are high riders on huge wheels but I love the look now amd the love that goes into those “donks”
“I Drove All night” and “Mustang Sally” come to mind for me
“The Talkin’ Song Repair Blues” by Alan Jackson
“Chase Me” by Danger Mouse Feat. Run the Jewels & Big Boi
Ah, Alan Jackson, now we gotta add Mercury Blues
Lake Shore Drive by Aliotta Haynes Jeremiah is another good car song.
Years ago in the days of making your own custom compilation cassettes (long since displaced by “playlists” from spotify and pandora and whatnot) I had some friends who had a “road trip” tape. All road songs and lots of the songs in this thread were on it. But thinking of it reminded me of Joni Mitchell’s Coyote. I always thought she was weird - and the song too. But both soulful. My favorite version is the live one she did in the rock doc The Last Waltz (Martin Scorsese) - the last live show of The Band. IDK what the Coyote reference is about, but the picking up a hitcher - a prisoner of the white lines on the freeway is pretty obvious.
Radar Love. The Bay City Rollers had one about a Rambler. One Piece at a Time by Johnny Cash. Wolf Creek Pass. Little Deuce Coupe. Dead Man’s Curve.
