problem: when cruising with cruise on, wipers will come on once, and the cruise kicks off. All dask warning lights flash, and power to radio is interupted.
There may be a problem with the ignition switch that is causing this to happen. One of the switch sections has a red power lead that ties to a blk/wht wire and that ties to some of the areas you mentioned. You could see if tapping around the switch with a screwdriver handle while the engine is running shows any signs of the trouble.
