DPF Full?

My truck had a DPF full code, then dealer told me it was “bad fuel”. This repare cost well over 14k on a truck less than 6k miles, not covered under warranty. The entire fuel injection sys was replaced. During the repare Chrysler parts were supplied and the injection pump (CP3) was bad and allowed 5 gallons of fuel into the crank case fro a total of 8gl, while it was running. Cummins allows for a 5% F/O dulution, I was at 62%! What long term issues can I expect?

Different car, but same problem. I’m no expert, but it I question all the work that was done for a soot problem that appears to be in the exhaust, not the intake.
