My wife’s 2005 Elantra has lights mounted on the front door interior that turns on when the door is opened (nice safety feature); my 2008 Elantra has red plexiglas panels in the same place but no lights and no bulbs for this location are listed in the manual. Aside from the bulbs, what am I (or the car) missing here? (A flashlight with red wand??) Otherwise, happy with both cars.
