2001 Aurora olds great car but seems no one has this answer. Door carpets get soaked and flood into the car floor board, weep holes are clean, now this moisture problem is affecting windows and door locks.
This could be due to the doors being out of alignment if the seals are good; either due to a prior collision or body flex. The latter can be normal with age and miles.
Take a dollar bill and stick in between the door and car body in various places around the door; half in and half out. Close the door and gently pull the dollar out. You should feel a firm drag on the bill. If it comes out easily either the door seal is faulty or the door needs adjustment.
