An alternate and equally plausible answer is that plumbers and doctors have name tags or names embroidered on their shirts/lab coats. I think I deserve a $26 gift certificate to fund my fishing inabilities!
I thought that, too. It’s a better answer than the official one. After all, I’m sure there are some women with the first name “Frank” … and many with the last name “Frank.”
