The picture below is on my Nissan Altima. As you can see, the foam tube hose has a small rip in it. Does this need to be patched up. If so, any suggestions on what to use?

That’s just insulation wrapped around the actual hose.

If you’re worried about it visually some dabs of superglue will lock it back down.
