Anyone know how to re-attach the vinyl to the rear glass on a convertible top? The glass is “glass” and not plastic;no zippers. This is on a '98 Pontiac Sunfire…I am fixing for an old woman. Mother-In-Law will bake cookies for all helpful answers. Many Thanks!!
Super glue…“Top Shops” might have a specialized adhesive for this purpose…Call one.
But Super Glue should work if you move along in short sections. Hobby Shops sell a product called “Zip-Kicker” which you spray on a glued joint to set the glue instantly…Clean both the glass and the vinyl with alcohol first to remove all surface film…Good Luck!
