Somehow, a coin fell into the heating ducts in my dashboard, and now every time the car turns, the thing slides noisily around. It drives me absolutely insane. Any way of getting it out without dismantling the car? It’s a 99 Corolla. Thanks!
Stop the coin from sliding by pouring a gummy substance into the duct. Be creative…you choose the gummy substance.
Be creative. Can you see it? Some double face tape on the end of a popcicle stick can often work.
I can’t see it, and I’d have to get something long and bendable since the vents are up against where the windshield meets the dash… but I could try. I’m kind of scared of pouring a gummy substance down there. Although, for the sake of my sanity…!!!
