May be worn stabilizer links or a loose steering rack or a bad rack bushing.
The chance of this not being a serious problem is slim. It could be the warning sign that you are about to lose steering control at the worst possible time. If you are not mechanically inclined and do not have front end knowledge get this to a shop.
