So my ES330 2004 is now making this noise after replacing Dryrotted PS lines. Only makes noise when going straight, not turning.
Check if the U-joint at the end of the steering shaft is worn.

Looked there, no cracks or leaks.
Clicking is coming from right behind horn/airbag of wheel.
