We have a 2003 Civic, and the A/C makes a stranging whining/whoop noise everyone once in a while. It seems to occur about every 10-15min, usually more often when the car is stopped at a light or while idling. Of course everytime we take it to the mechanic they can’t diagnose it. Any ideas?
