My 2003 Chevrolet Tracker heater/defroster/air conditioner blower is not dependable. It works when it wants to. Sometimes not coming on ay all Or sometimes coming on and going off (or)starting up when it wnnts to (or) working intermentently. A relay has been replaced but did not solve the problem. What is going on and how can I get it fixed? Winter is coming fast! Help!

I’d check all the connections, and test for voltage at the blower. Sounds like there may be a loose connection somewhere.
If you need a third opinion, either bad connection or bad blower motor, but it could be other things.
