The caller described a known Volvo issue. Some models of Volvo burn out headlamps very fast. The solution is a “resistor kit” that adds resistor wires to the light circuit. Before the kit I was changing bulbs every 3 months. Look for a TSB on your Volvo to see if your effected and stop wasting $ on bulbs.
