A few years ago, I brought a Stihl MS210 to rural Mexico. Several people use it. I ALWAYS add fuel stabiliizer to the gas when I buy it at the same time I add the oil. It is not practical to mix as I use it.
If it were good for your car, car manufacturer’s would recommend it.
