My CD player is no longer working and it has 4 CDs stuck in it. I’ve vistited local car stereo shops but their only suggestion is to rip out the whole CD player. They can’t find a replacement face plate to use to install a new CD.
1. Any suggestions for how I can get my CDs out of the player without ripping out the CD player?
2. If not, where can I buy a replacement face plate?

I’ve bought several face plates off of ebay for $30 or so. Beats buying a new CD player. Just be sure that the model numbers are EXACTLY the same or it may not work.
