The. Major intersection below my work flooded due to overloaded storm drainsl probably 15yrs ago. At 7am. A manager walked across the street in3ft of water to get there. By afternoon the lot across the street and the street had water over the parked cars. We high and dry but yhe electrical tranformer was on the corner under 6f water so only genetator power for the day. Drained latet in the evening
