My car is jerking really hard when I put it into Gear it runs smoothly. I am wondering if it might be the ENG or transmission Mounts gone bad?
Your first sentence is not clear in its description, but if you are experiencing a hard jerk when putting the car into Drive or Reverse, then motor mounts and/or transmission mounts should be checked.
I assume that you have verified that the idle speed is within normal limits.
If the engine is idling very high, that would also produce this problem.
Yes the Idle is within normal limits I was assuming the Mounts on either the ENg or the Xmission are gone bad. I will check them out thanks for your assistance.
