I have a 2009 Acadia. I like everything except the crummy sun visors. I’m wondering if it would be possible to replace them with fixed rod and extension sun visors like they used in GMC and Chevys until 2006. Thoughts about that?

Thoughts? How about “why bother”? What function do they serve other than blocking the sun? Do they do the job?
Perhaps you should google “2009 Acadia aftermarket parts” and see what you get. Have you asked the people at your local GM dealership or the local auto parts store?
