I zoomed the badge to 800% and was unable to identify the make, but since the car has a Euro plate on the back it could be something we’re not familiar with here in the U.S.

Is that a vertically positioned dual exhaust outlet under the plate? Could be a clue…
Ooops,sorry. Missed comments (and mystery solution on pg2). I was searching for pics showing the back-end and d****d if I can find any to verify positioning of the exhaust outlet.
