I would ask friends, family, coworkers etc. You likely won’t find a specialist for Kia like other Japanese and European makes.
It’s a Kia. Not a Lamborghini. It doesn’t need a Kia specialist - cars that do not have exotic components are pretty similar as far as understanding how to repair them goes - just take it to a mechanic that has good reviews and works on imports.
