Doesn’t look like spam to me. It does confirm my confusion over all the different types, I understand the reasons for different oils, but this is crazy. They all do the same thing, it’s differences in corrosion inhibitors that seems to cause all the variety.

The clear coolant seems like another attempt to get the cars into the dealership for work. If MB can turn off enough indie shops, where else can the owner turn but a dealership?

When in doubt, use the coolant recommended for the engine by the carmaker.
It would be a lot easier if you just provided the link.
