Automatic locks

The automactic locks will not work. I have checked the fuses and they are okay

Peggy, Have You Checked Your Car’s Owner’s Manual?

I can’t speak for a Civic, but my Bonneville’s Manual outlines programming / reprogramming for 5 different “modes” of automatic “doorlockness” and “doorunlockness”.

One mode turns the feature off completely.
